All orders are processed within 1 to 4 business days.

Custom commissions currently takes around 20 business days.

I ship all orders via USPS First Class mail. When your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.

I accept returns for physical items up to 15 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. I cannot process returns for digital orders.

FAQs

What kind of photos should I provide as reference?

I will need a few photos of your pet from different angles, and please let me know which one you would like me to use as main reference. If your custom portrait includes a background or special items, please also send some photo references my way.

Don’t worry if you don’t have any good photos, contact me first and see if I can use what you have to create a portrait that you love!

Can you make any changes to the artwork after you send it?

If minor changes are requested when the artwork is finished I am generally amenable to making those adjustments, contingent on how many other orders I have pending. However, I am unable to support multiple rounds of edits.

Can I get the artwork in a different size?

Yes. Please do let me know your preferred file size or print size (if applicable) once you make your purchase.
